Cindy Vasko is an award-winning photographer  who enjoys all photographic genres but has a special passion for abandoned site photography. Her works have been featured in gallery exhibitions in New York City, Washington, Philadelphia, and Paris. Her most recent book, Abandoned Washington, D.C.: Evanescent Chronicles, is part of her Abandoned Union series, which includes seven previous books and five more in the works.
