Tom Zaniello is a professor emeritus of Northern Kentucky University and has been a film programmer for the Hill Center as well as for the London and Liverpool Film Festivals. He is the author of several books, including, The Cinema of the Precariat: The Exploited, Underemployed, and Temp Workers of the World, and, most recently, Saints and Sinners in Queen Victoria’s Courts: Ten Scandalous Trials. He also contributed a chapter called “See the Predictability in the Chaos of Pandemics” for a collection of essays from a variety of academic disciplines titled How to Respond in a Pandemic.
